When is the best time for a maternity photoshoot?

he ideal time for a maternity session is between 28 and 34 weeks of pregnancy. Your belly has a beautiful, round shape, and you usually still feel comfortable moving and posing. If you’re expecting twins, I recommend scheduling a bit earlier
(around 26–30 weeks).

Where do maternity and family sessions take place?

Studio, outdoor location, or a lifestyle session at your home. When you book your session I share available options which matches your style and expectations the most.

Copenhagen is my main area, but I can travel everywhere to capture your story.

How long does the photoshoot take?

Smallest package for outdoor photoshoot takes 30min.

Yet most sessions last around 1 hour, which is usually perfect for maternity or small family portraits at your home. Especially with small babies it is important to keep an eye on time to simply not get the small models tired or bored.

What should I wear for my session?

Remember I am always here for you to help you with styling and choosing your outfit. Yet neutral and soft tones work beautifully beige, cream, white, or light pastels. Baggy jeans, loose sweater with one shoulder down is great to play around with posing. Avoid heavy patterns, logos or bright neon colours.
